NEWS Jerudong Park Medical Centre Chooses VESALIUS June 2010 - VESALIUS, Nova's own Hospital Information System has been selected by another prestigious organization, Jerudong Park Medical Centre, the premium private-hospital operator in Brunei Darussalam as their platform to manage the hospital. The award was given to JPMCnova, a joint venture company of novaHEALTH in Brunei. The Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) offers comprehensive outpatient care as well as extensive inpatient services and within the organisation is an excellent heart centre, Gleneagles JPMC Cardiac Centre, run jointly with Parkway Holdings of Singapore.

Apart from computerizing the front-office, administrative and ancillary departments, JPMC shall also be rolling out systems to their medical and nursing staff. Dr. Isham Jaafar, Medical Director of JPMC said, "After evaluating several companies and their solutions, we selected Nova as our implementation partner because she has a proven track record in this region but most importantly, they demonstrated unmatched willingness to collaborate with our hospital to set up a comprehensive Hospital Information System that will be the envy of other hospitals!" Lai Teik Kin, CEO of novaHEALTH said "I am delighted to welcome a forward-looking organization like JPMC to our growing list of customers. We intend to bring the wealth of our experience and IT innovations to support JPMC's mission statement: 'To provide excellent healthcare services to all we serve.'"
